We found the staff here to be uncommonly pleasant and easy to work with. They have a good selection of Doc Martens which are a bit difficult to come by without visiting one of the official company stores. Kudos to the friendly staff!

I was searching for a pair of Uggs for my niece.I called the local Journeys store in Center City, they found a pair at Springfield Mall. Destiny is who I made the purchase with in Springfield. Destiny was very professional and pleasant get spokesperson for the business. ?
