Staff is very helpful, and convenient and friendly as well.

Understaffed - same people handling blood and urine are the same people checking you in. Sometimes nobody at the front desk. The people working there are very nice.

Very helpful staff. FYI.... If you are going there for a drug screen they start at 10 AM.
