The person at the computer dealing with my SPII was on a personal call. Incredibly unprofessional, one to be on a personal call while dealing with a patient and two to be asking me to confirm my SPII while having a stranger on the phone. Music blasting so I cant hear her either. I have no clue why jefferson and temple insist on using labcorp I never had this experience at quest.

This was the best and nicest LabCorp office I've been too. The receptionist was nice and the nurse was very patience.

I visited this place on April the 4th but it was temporary closed. Before heading there call them if they are open now so you don't waste your time.

I had a terrible experience at LabCorp. When I expressed my fear about getting a blood test, the staff member was dismissive and rude, saying, "Just take it and move on with your life, it's nothing." Her lack of empathy made me feel worse. LabCorp needs to train their staff to treat patients with respect and compassion. I won't be going back and can't recommend them.

I went to take a blood sample, and the girl who touched me made 4 failed attempts and then told me that I made her nervous. I think it is the worst place to go to take a blood sample.

This location deserves 0 stars, this location have no supervisor, & workers don't wear tags with their names, & on the wall need to be sign with supervisor name & phone number, but workers make sure to take sign off, in order that patient can't complain & the workers can do what ever they want, workers at this location never learn about giving services to patients,
Not sure how LabCorp are hiring there workers,

Unfortunately the minimum I can give is a one star, but if I could give it 0 star, I would. The customer service experience was so bad there, and one of the front desk staff members was super rude and impatient when I tried to ask my questions. They really need to improve their attitude with patients.
