Long In the Tooth is a fantastic, family-owned record shop in the heart of Philadelphia. It has a large, well-organized, and constantly growing selection of new and used vinyl, CDs, cassettes, books, and movies. The inventory displays an impressive range across metal, jazz, country, hip hop, punk, and pop, with a good used and rare selection. The people are friendly, knowledgeable, and super friendly, paying good money for good collections. The store is accessible, though full of shelves and bins. It is considered an essential stop for record shopping in Philly and is highly recommended.

Awesome selection, awesome staff. Lots of great new stuff plus some of the most interesting obscure records I've seen. Plus can't beat the box office kiosk with no fees for lots of shows at local venues. Love this place.

Stopped in while i was in center city the other day. Really good selection and great prices. Got a sick windhand record and a few cd's. They are also dog friendly and gave my dog many treats and pets!
