“Amazing service, can't say enough good things about everyone at Fishbox. If you need an antidote to the feeling you get from going to the post office, Fishbox is the cure-- they're always warm and friendly, creating a sweet little pocket of neighborliness where people don't feel weird about saying hi to each other. They're a long way from where I live in West Philly, but still so worth it, especially during the winter holidays when package theft is especially bad where I live. I currently only use them for packages I know I can get home on my bike, but if they ever open a satellite office in my neighborhood, I'll give up the anxiety of home delivery for good!”

Elsewhere I feel like I am inconveniencing the employees by walking through the door, but here it feels like seeing a friend. They have plenty of options for shipping supplies should you need some. “The best UPS experience ever communication outstanding I could always speak to someone at the store every time I called Jay was amazing knew the auction house personally which I won an item on Wednesday and the next day Thursday I paid them jay went went over on Friday am and I paid shipping and he said you should receive by Saturday or within three days the item arrived Saturday before 1 pm perfectly packed and very reasonably priced I would highly recommend. You can’t go wrong !!”

“The person on staff when I went was super helpful with me getting pictures of the item boxed and sealed which I needed to send to the recipient. Not only that they were at the same time processing several other customers in an unexpected early morning rush.
I personally think management should make sure if this happens a lot that there’s two people on site. The staff member there handled all of us with professionalism and grace. Totally appreciate you.”
