“i loved this store until my third Purple mattress warranty claim in as many years. Suddenly no one could be bothered (except Sarah) Everything is done online with no 800 number. By third claim (at $200 per claim) I wanted to talk to a person in customer service.. The live chat service sucks.. The only way I was able to get action was by overnight letter to the CEO. After that everything fell into place but it was like pulling teeth. lots of excuses. "He's not in today." "She's not in today" "I have other things to do" Just a bunch of bullshit trom tenured employees. There is no excuse. I recommend this store all the time but have now edited from 5 stars to 2 and im being generous.
edit. Mattress Firm took great care of me and went above and beyond to rectify. I have been recommending the store on Chestnut St Philadelphia for years and still do. Sara and Antonio have been there for years. Very accomodating!”

From the moment I walked in I could tell I was in the right place. I was greeted by the owners who are so sweet and welcoming. As you already know buying furniture is very stressful! But they made it a smooth sail for me. They answered all of my question with no hesitation and the minute I ask figured out what I wanted they worked out my delivery to my convenience and when they deliver it they even removed my old sofa and took all of the wrapping with them.

Wanted to purchase a new mattress and bed frame for my new apartment and decided to come here from recommendations when I say the manger at the store was so kind and friendly welcomed me right at the door.I didn't want anything to expensive and herd best time to buy a mattress was in may and I wanted to stay under 350$ for everything but wanted quality as well . I got all of that for under my budget+ delivery. The delivery team was great and they set everything up highly recommend this store if looking for a new bed set”
