Meineke Car Care Center offers complete automotive repair services, including scheduled maintenance, oil changes, exhaust repairs, and brake services. Reviews note that the technicians perform good, professional work, with specific praise for solving persistent car overheating issues and providing alignments. The staff is described as nice, polite, and pleasant. However, experiences with wait times are inconsistent; one customer received a timely oil change, while another experienced a very long delay even with an appointment. Some customers feel the customer service has declined from its previous standard. Pricing has been a point of concern for some, leading them to seek services elsewhere for better value.
