J Money was nice respectful the customer service was wonder

I dislike this place because they don't have the proper and basic tools such as a phone to operate and serve customers and consumers. If they do happen to have a phone they never answer it, which is funny because when I walked pass, there was literally NO TRAFFIC!

The customer service reps are always nice, and they are willing to answer any questions and address any concerns. ??
