“Mike is a truly fabulous person. When I came to the store, I was transferring my phone number to a different phone, however there were complications with the insurance company issuing the phone. He arranged phone calls for me. And when he heard me struggle with the insurance company, he personally took time to talk to them on my behalf. That was not a requirement of his job, that was just a nice thing he did without charging me because he saw how stressed I was. He went above an beyond helping me get my phone working again.
