“This isn’t my neighborhood store I went in today because I was having issues with my phone not receiving service( it said SOS ONLY NO SIM). I was just driving by when I noticed the store here on City Avenue. I stopped inside. Told the guys my problem and they assisted me right away. Got me out the store in 15 minutes told me that my sim was damaged and needed a new one. These gentleman were very patient and very informative with great customer service I will be returning. I live about 20 minutes away with a Store that is two minutes away from my home and I won’t be returning to that one anymore. This is my new Store thank you guys so much for helping me today. I appreciate you.”

I will say some employees offer you more then others. But I have always been treated well.”

I had transferred a phone number to my phone as a second number, and what I was told ended up not working. Thanks to the sales rep, Jonathan, the issue was finally resolved. He was very persistent and contacted T mobile tech by phone and again, the issue wasn't being resolved , and the t ech could not resolve the problem . Jonathan figured out what the problem was and the issue was resolved. I strongly recommend Jonathan at T-Mobile 15th & Walnut St for his knowledge and persistence and excellent customer service.”
