They were friendly, quick paced in the question I had for them. Metro by T-mobile also they gave me info on transferring my minutes free phone to give information on the cost and able to keep my phone & phone #. I will deffenetly recommend getting service from a free, phone to a monthly carrier, with great service..

It seems that Only particular people KNOW what their talking about when you have a cell phone issue but hey that's to be expected ANYWHERE you go but all in all they have good knowledge service !!!!
