Its not the best Metro store and not cause of bad help its cause under staffed usually one guy handling lots of things I mean if you got 3 people ahead of you and there all getting new phones activated then imagine the wait time if one guy working even 2 guys aint enough for the buisness they get should be 3 employees minimum
