We really had no complaints except that since we had 4 names on the mortgage, one of the names was spelled incorrectly, one of the other loans we had was misidentified just before closing and took quite a bit of time to fix. However closing went smoothly and within a week of the targeted closing date. All of the information was processed securely and we were kept abreast of any issues that popped up during the loan process.
