Olde Philly Pharmacy is a fantastic place with very friendly, polite, and competent staff. The team is helpful, caring, and thorough, going above and beyond for customers. They provide great customer service with great response time, ensuring no long waits and no medication mix-ups. The pharmacists go over all medications to ensure there are no interactions. They are great at working with doctors and obtaining refills. If something is not in stock, they will place an order for you. They are very helpful and keep customers informed throughout any process. Multiple employees are patient and polite, making it a great alternative to other pharmacies.

I got sick of dealing with CVS—with its endless phone menus and nonexistent staff—and swung by Olde Philly Pharmacy. Great staff, great response time—someone picks up the phone, imagine that—and altogether great customer service.
