The Pennsylvania SPCA is a place where animals receive care and are available for adoption. Reviewers mention the organization's kindness and the great price of services and medications. They are described as "miracle workers" who love animals. The facility is noted as clean, and employees are pleasant. The Pennsylvania SPCA offers vet services at a good price, including spay and neuter surgeries, vaccines, microchip, and nail trimming for a set fee. While some feel the staff could be more attentive and the organization is difficult to contact by phone, others highlight fantastic surgical results and quick recovery for their pets. The Pennsylvania SPCA also provides art classes for children. Many express love for what the organization does for animals and encourage adoption.

We've been bringing our pets to SPCA and they do great service. Its just at times, the wait is really going to be long so alot a half day to be attended to depending on what service you want done. Vaccinations doesn't take that long.
