I looked on website and made a reservation for grooming. The rep contacted me about vet records and helped get the info needed from our old vet in FL. Took our baby in today and his haircut was long overdue but he came out looking amazing! I also have to say all the groomers we used in FL charged a premium for poodles but DSP doesn't have anything like that and the total cost was about 1/2 the price of what we used to pay in FL.. Great service and a great haircut. We will be back!

When one of my dogs passed away, they went above and beyond in showing their compassion, something I will never forget. It’s one thing to trust a business with your pets’ care, but quite another to experience that level of kindness when you’re grieving.
I also love supporting a woman-of-color-owned business in such a wonderful neighborhood. I’m grateful to have Ham & Bone as part of my dogs’ lives, and mine.

Dr. Perone and Dr. Patten are both great; both provide excellent care and answer questions thoughtfully. I feel very reassured that my dogs are in good hands for any surgeries performed by Dr. Patten. All of the techs/assistants are wonderful as well!

She was at the point where she wouldn’t even let me brush her at home. I discussed with the staff at the facility about her aggression and the possibility of her being able to Be groomed the staff was very informative and very knowledgeable with senior dogs and aggression. They said they would do everything to make the experience comfortable for her and if she became too agitated, they could do a cut under mild sedation that was great. In conclusion, my toy poodle got cut wash, trimmed nails, clipped all without sedation all because of her groomer Joshua he was excellent, very professional very caring. I have nothing but good things to say about this place before I left. I made sure I made another appointment for my little Minky to be seen again by Josha

I recently adopted a rescue dog named Fable who ended up being much higher energy and less leash/potty trained than originally thought, which I had been trying to avoid because I work in-office full-time. With her excited dog reactivity, I knew doggy daycare wouldn't be a feasible option. Knowing that she's in great hands for her daytime walks is a huge relief, and the updates that I get always make my day.
Fable loved Everest right away, and he's been amazing with her. He and the everyone on the Monster Minders team do a great job taking all the changes to Fable's routine in stride--and there have been a lot as we do a lot of trial and error to see what helps Fable with her separation anxiety. I can tell that going on walks with Everest brings her a lot of joy during the day!

Top Tails Dog Walking & Cat Sitting

They were very reliable and a pleasure to work with, and I would definitely book again. I had them come twice per day, morning and evening, to feed and water the cats and clean the litter.
While you’re away, you receive detailed notes and pictures after each visit, which are especially nice when you miss your pets. Top Tails is extremely detail-oriented and clearly wants to understand your animals and their routines so they can take the best possible care of them.
They also have an app where you can store pet profiles, photos, contacts, emergency information, and feeding schedules. The messaging feature makes it very easy to stay in touch, and communication was excellent throughout.
After a few days away, I came home to a clean apartment and happy kitties. I couldn’t have been happier myself. I’ve used another cat-sitting service in the past, and Top Tails has them beat by a million, seriously.

Pluto has separation anxiety, and my housing situation makes it tough to leave him alone (barking isn’t really tolerated). Pit Stop has been a total game-changer. They make everything so easy. The fact that it’s hourly is a huge plus—I can drop Pluto off for just a couple of hours to run errands without having to pay for a full day, which isn’t the case at many other daycares in the city.
Pluto has an absolute blast every time he goes. The staff is warm, supportive, and just really good humans—friendly, personable, and clearly animal lovers. It’s also become my go-to for boarding, and Pluto treats it like an extra-long daycare session. When I leave him there, I have zero worries about his well-being. I know he’s in excellent hands.
The first time he stayed for a full week, I picked him up and—this might sound small, but it meant so much—he had no eye boogies. That’s never happened unless someone was gently cleaning them for him. That level of care says it all.
They’re also super accommodating about Pluto’s picky eating habits, including all the little accoutrements I add to his food. And most of all, I know they love him—and that matters.
The pricing is fair, the flexibility is unbeatable, and the love is real. This place is the shit. Thank you, Pit Stop HQ, for taking such good care of my guy.
