Have been calling them for 2 weeks during normal business hours and no one picks up. There is no option to leave a message. I have been trying to get my car permit renewal sticker (that I mailed in long ago), and I can't contact anyone for an answer.

Decent customer service, but that city will shake you down for every little thing, typical big city dems after your money. Glad to be back home

Gets lots of bad press, but they’re actually quite helpful if you’re nice to them, the kindness really does go a long way =)
