The PHILADELPHIA — Post Office is a local branch noted for its very hard working, friendly, and helpful staff. Employees are described as going above and beyond, with specific praise for being knowledgeable, professional, and kind, especially in handling passport applications and transactions. The location is convenient, open late, and offers self-service options on weekends. However, the post office is terribly short staffed, leading to real burn out and sometimes long wait times or less friendly service. While many customers report getting in and out in a timely manner, the need for more staff is frequently mentioned, as available stations often go unmanned. Despite challenges, the staff remains super helpful.
I have terrible times at every USPS in the city except this one. Employees are pretty patient and neutral even in the evenings. Such a nice contrast from most other locations where the employee is usually fuming at you for existing and using their services

First, I went to the location on 20th and Chestnut - and had a very unpleasant experience. They sent me to 3000 Chestnut, and I dealt with Karif. He was so friendly and helpful.
