Philadelphia Record Exchange is a long standing favorite and one of the best record stores in Philly. It is a nice friendly shop with a huge used inventory of vinyl and CDs, featuring lots of well organized Folk, Rock, Jazz & RnB LPs, a wide selection of 45s, and small sections of World genres. There is always a flux of new stuff and select new issues, with excellent and very reasonable pricing. The deep crates offer a ton of cool stuff for the diggers and are worthy of repeat visits. The very friendly staff and busy Fishtown locale make it a pretty dope and welcoming place, definitely worth the trip.
Solid spot but not that many major names in jazz at least.

Great store, great prices, solid staff that will recommend stuff based on what you're into. Really unique and thoughtful selection of new releases and reissues, too.
