Aaliyah helped me set up a CD. She was very friendly, making me feel comfortable. Everything about the appointment went very smoothly from the greeting at the door to the end of the appointment. I felt that my time was valued. Overall, it was a very good experience and I would recommend her to my friends and family.

Management and Staff are uneducated on what the laws are for video taping from a public sidewalk. They have multiple cameras mounted on their property facing the sidewalk that you. They need to worry more about the data breach of their customers information

I've been a PNC guy for over 30 years and I had my best customer service experience at this branch. Had to replace my debit card and the staff here were lighting fast and friendly. In and out with a new card in 25 minutes. Kudos to Cathy and Larry!
