I had a wonderful experience with Anna at PNC. She was very kind, patient, and extremely helpful. Her professionalism and friendliness made the process smooth and pleasant. Truly excellent customer service! Also Teresa was very helpful and wonderful speaking with initially on the phone prior to coming to the branch!
