This morning I was seen by phlebotomy names Crystal. I arrived at 0900am and was promptly called back at my appointment time at 0910. Crystals greeted me and was very pleasant, courteous, and professional. She got me on the first stick (I'm a hard stick, small veins). I was very pleased with my visit and interaction!
