The phlebotomist needs to work on her professionalism and attitude. It seems like she had an issue with the fact that I need to accompany my father to help him translate. I had asked if it was okay that I come in with him and will not be in the way. She continues to repeatedly question me if my father really doesn’t speak english and said out loud in front of everyone “some people be lying!” When inside the room, she was short with me and my father. Raising her voice and used absolutely no manner speech of “please or thank you.” Grabbing the paper order from me without saying a single word and even rolled her eyes. Her tone and demeanor were short and loud, but when speaking to her coworker, she was more soft spoken and polite. Cherry on top was when I noticed she watching TIK TOK on her phone during the lab! Absolutely horrified by her unprofessional service and lack of respect. The level of temper and aggressiveness from her needs to be addressed immediately. I’ve never felt so disgusted and disrespected by Quest service. My other experiences were never an issue. This phlebotomist should not serve people moving forward, she has represented Quest as a company horribly.

Horrible, they are indecent in this place apart, they make you waste all your time even if they are not doing anything, they do not attend to you.

The service is very poor and security lady is not good at all she’s was sending people in because she’s know them and is not far at all.. my appointment was 7:40am I was 10min late and the next available appointment was 10:50am but she’s keep sending people in with out appointment..😡😡😡😡😡😡

These reviews are from a couple years ago and things have changed since. Gotta give it to the security lady cuz she has a great personality and very helpful!!! Other than that, stuff are great, respectful and kind. I would recommend to others.

I visited this location on 12/20/2023 and the staff was AWESOME! The security lady in the waiting room was helpful and polite. She helped me check in at the kiosk with no hassle. I had an appointment so my wait time was under 10 minutes. The phlebotomist was pleasant and quick. I barely felt a pinch, then she was done! These ladies were professional and kind. If I could rate them higher than 5 stars, it would be a 100 star rating. I had a great experience at this Front and Olney location.

Forgot the two ladies name, security guard and the person who took my blood work. They were very nice and made my time in and out. For anyone going there make sure to make an appointment on the website, instead of showing up. It will make your wait faster.

Good and easy experience! I made an appointment for a urine test. I checked in and the wait time was pretty short about less than 15 minutes or so. Customer service was great.

The front staff that initially addressed me was a little short. I did witness an altercation between she and another consumer. The staff in the back was extremely professional. The wait was annoying when I arrived 10 minutes early. I should not have had to wait 40 minutes to be seen.

Been waiting more than 72 hours for my drugtest and i havent heard anything nether did my employer i am very super upset and if i dont hear anything from the company itself i will take legal matter cause is not the fisrt or second time Want my advise Go somewhere else.

Also friendly staff and fast in and out if you have a appointment which they recommend. I always choose this location.

I was trying to get a drug test done and the lady told me that my sample wasn’t warm enough and that she was going to delete and not tell my employer for no reason. Then she told me to wait 15 minutes and do it again like pee can regenerate in 15 minutes. Extremely unprofessional. They need new staff immediately all the people that work there have nasty attitudes. Anit no way anybody should give this place a 5 star. If so then they probably wrote themselves to make them look good. I would highly recommend not going here.
