I had a terrible experience at Quest Diagnostics today. I went in for a drug test without an appointment, and there was literally no one else in the waiting room. To make things worse, there was no one at the front desk to even check me in or give me any information. I waited for over an hour, and finally, a nurse came out and said they wouldn’t be able to take any walk-ins because they were fully booked for the day. It was beyond frustrating to waste that much time, especially when they could have just told me that upfront. If you don’t have an appointment, don’t even bother coming.

I was called back promptly. That was the only good thing. The place wa filthy. I even cleand the toilet seat before I gave a sample. Whe whole place was dirty.

Sharing this for my husband, due to health issues, drawing blood can be very difficult...each time we visit Quest, everyone is kind and very patient ..never had a bad time ..thank all of the staff at Knights and Woodhaven Roads

Had a terrible visit in Sept 2023, I no longer go there bc of it. I've been getting the same blood work done twice a year for 9 years. The last 2 times they couldnt figure out how to enter it in the computer. Person was able to figure it out Mar 2023, but when I went sept2023 the same.person couldn't figure it out. She called in Jackie. Very rude young lady. She scolded me for them not knowing how to enter it. Told me if l dont know how to do it how would THEY? I said I don't work here! After a few more mins I said I'll take the paperwork & be on my way. Jackie mumbled something as I was leaving. I went home & made an appt for the trevose branch. Went there had NO ISSUE & the lady was lovely. So I go there now.

Second time I’ve been here with an appointment and waited over an hour. Today internet was down. No sign on door. I had checked in on the app but when I walked in no one greeted me to tell me you needed a paper script. 3 people checked in before me even though I had been sitting there worst facility ever

There was a very long line to check in at 7am on Tues May 30th. There was only one single machine in the lobby, eight patients, and no human help. There were three elderly people who didn't know how to do the computerized check in procedure and needed assistance. We had to call a nurse out of the back to assist them as they were making everyone else late for their appointments. I suggest perhaps at least a receptionist to help in the busier times to assist people who don't understand computer scanning/QR codes, as it's certainly not their fault. You've got to do better in this way, Quest.
I also suggest making available a check in from the car. It would make it easier for me, since I wouldn't need the lobby machine at all.
The nurses and staff were wonderful, fast, very friendly, and excellent at their jobs. I would highly recommend, other than the lack of ability to handle simple check in procedures.
