Capri is very knowledgeable about real estate and warned of potential problems when they came up. She negotiated $10K in credits which, combined with my savings, allowed me to reach 20% down & avoid PMI. The inspection found a few issues, though nothing super severe, but she was able to get the sellers to fix one issue and pay a couple thousand additional credits for everything else. The appraisal actually came in a bit above the asking price, so that combined with all the credits meant I got a pretty good value on the house.”
