The shrine offers daily Masses, Novenas to Our Mother of Good Counsel and Saint Rita, and confessionals during the day. The on-site gift shop is staffed by a friendly and knowledgeable young man named Michael, who is always ready to assist visitors. The shrine is described as "amazing" and "more beautiful than ever," with the upstairs church being particularly stunning. It is a popular destination for weddings, with the staff ensuring a smooth and seamless experience. The shrine is also handicap accessible, with an elevator in the back.
