Located in Philadelphia, Rite Aid is a drug store chain with a pharmacy. The store is well stocked, clean, bright, and well laid out with aisles that are easy to navigate. The associates and pharmacists are friendly, polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. Customers report wonderful experiences and excellent customer service, with staff going above and beyond. It is described as a great, well-run store and a convenient neighborhood go-to for health and wellness needs. While there can occasionally be a bit of a wait at checkout, overall it is considered an excellent Rite Aid.
The constantly empty shelves are a problem, however I'm only ever here for the pharmacy and the pharmacy is legit.

My neighborhood Rite Aid is a great store. Well stocked and well run. And the pharmacy is wonderful, too. We are so lucky to have this store in our neighborhood, in Queen Village, Philadelphia.
