Located in Philadelphia, Rite Aid is a drug store chain with a pharmacy. The store inside is pristine, nice, and orderly. The staff and customer service, especially at the pharmacy, are excellent, super kind, patient, pleasant, and helpful. They are professionals who care, work very hard, and take customer care seriously. They always have prescriptions ready and work with customers. The staff does a great job given challenges like being short-staffed and overworked. They provide products and services including prescription medicines, over-the-counter medicines, flu shots, and diabetic supplies. The store also has cosmetics and snacks. Customers can get Amazon packages here. There is a security guard stationed at the entrance. The cashiers are great. The business is in a sketch part of town with interesting characters outside, but the pharmacy staff are like heroes who work hard to keep people healthy and medicated.
Shelves are mostly empty. Other stuff behind glass. There wasn’t any lip balm in the entire place.

All the workers are very nice and helpful, but there simply isn't anything on the shelves. At first I thought I caught them in the middle of a restock, but I've been back a few times and still the same story.

I used to shop at Rite aid store on South broad Street in Philadelphia and I thought it was really nice
