  Cannot understand the negative reviews. I've had very pleasant experiences here. Very smooth operation, no annoying glitches! Glad I bank here. Pleasant, smiley employees! Ms. Figueroa (I might not be spelling it correctly) was especially pleasant and helpful. Very easy to bank here.

  I am not really giving a review of this location but have visited this location before and had no issues however online banking has been a problem, I am in New Zealand and have been here for over a month and was only able to view my account online once or twice which is unacceptable

  My card was blocked for some unapparent reason,The teller Angeles did a wonderful job in helping me reset my password as well as his co worker,AnnEverything was professional as well as pleasant transaction. Most definitely will be coming back to this location 1616 Great job.Thanks,guys
