“Kim and her team were amazing to work with. We attended a dance competition which our girls swept in a trio. However they only received one vinyl award and one plastic wall sign. I went to sever other places before Night Owl Graphics and was told they could not make duplicates. Kim was super helpful and willing to try. They were able to pull it off and recreate the banners and also made thr sign for them as well! The girls were over the moon excited to receive these the other day at nationals. Expected to see me next week with another one as they just killed it again last night and received more!”

“Owner Tim is a great guy. He could easily gouge tourists being right across from Betsy Ross house but doesn't. You'll never find things like he has anywhere else. He even put extra grommets on our 1776 flag to enable us to display it on our porch railing. We'd go back again. Five stars!”
“I never leave Google reviews, but this FedEx actually changed my life today. I had one hour before this establishment closed and was desperately calling around to find somewhere to print my custom 42x42 poster for a conference that I leave for tomorrow. When I was transferred to this specific FedEx location, the worker on the phone was the nicest person to me ever. I've literally never had better customer service at a single other shipping place (FedEx USPS UPS, etc)in my LIFE. It's like a requirement to be really mean to work at those places. Except this place. The guy on the phone said to just send over the print and hed get started on it right away, with no complaint. I've been to this location yesterday and earlier this morning (printing wrong poster after wrong poster) and they were patient with me every single time. This last push on my end was a desperate attempt to save my ass for work and they helped me pull thru. Hope this helps out the establishment, or someone else in a similar situation!! I would recommend this place every time.”

The cost of shipping overseas is generally high but fedex beats the competitors with slightly lower rates for express service. It's a very slight difference. However, they could ensure my packages tracking and delivery abroad when the post office could not. Overall satisfied with the customer service and ease in transaction at this location.”
“I'm not sure if this is the right location to share this, but I wanted to give a shout out and HUGE thank you to Justin (route 378) who was kind enough to take my package on the side of the road after desperately searching for a FedEx location that was open to overnight milk to my newborn while on a work trip. He was so kind and patient while I got the form filled out literally on the side of the road in the streets of Philly. Thank you Justin for your kindness!! My baby girl got her food!”
