This is NOT America’s Most Convenient Bank! There’s regularly only one teller open during the busy late-afternoon 4-6pm after work times. 5 people in line ahead and only 1 teller. The manager walked through so he is aware of this continuous issue. Absolutely ridiculous! More tellers and better management is needed!

they need more tellers, and to make their ATM machines easier to use. if you bank here and you have a problem, ask for wendell edmonds (senior customer service rep). he's the only one you can count on.
