The staff is so friendly and helpful here. Went to get my debit cards replaced and it was such a pleasant experience! Neilani and Michael are the best!

Best branch in city. Everyone so friendly. I go out if my way to come here. Never a problem to get change even in todays economy. Neilani was so friendly. Jamie and Lou are always happy and pleasant. I literally enjoy going to bank with this staff. If every business had employees like them the world would be a better place.

Good location, clean interior, helpful staff. Although the above was my experience when banking in person, I canceled my account due to terrible online and phone customer service.

Stepped into TD bank for a few financial transactions. The bank was pretty empty and one of the tellers beckoned us over. When it turned out that the teller couldn't help, I was sent to work with the branch manager. Everything was ok, however when asked there was no restroom for patrons to use. For a place which claims they are the most "customer friendly" it was not. Pros: -Good hours -Not busy -Indoor ATM machine -Inside there are lollipops and dog treats -Cool wall art Cons: -Lack of restroom for customers -Not clear who you need to see for transactions Solid 3.5 stars, had to dock 1.5 stars for the lack of restroom (especially since I really had to go). I hope this is not a permanent policy and once COVID numbers go down restrooms for customers will be available.

Let me start by saying I've never had bad experiences at any other TD bank branch. Two of my employee's went to deposit payroll checks here and were questioned and profiled like never before in their lives. They called me personally to verify the checks which I did and was extremely annoyed that was even the case as they 1. weren't even for that much $ and 2. has never happened before with any of my white employees. After they called to verify the checks they (TD) then called their general manager to verify my employee's IDs AFTER I as the business owner/ business account holder already verified the checks. This has me seriously rethinking my decision to bank with TD if this is the treatment my minority owned business is going to have to deal with on the regular.

I don’t understand why there no number at all to call and talk to someone to get into my safe box? Left messages and no one calls back. I’ve been calling over a week now. Drove by yesterday thought there might be another number? This is horrible customer service! I can not believe ....they close the back because of the virus but there not one person or number to call to get into my safe box! Called the 188 number no help. So mad ! Changing my Bank wants I get this Settle!

One email, two web sites, all three are inconsistent on the hours the lobby is open. Email says closes at 1pm, store finder says 6pm, Lombard store site says 4pm. I would hope a bank could be consistent with their numbers. People in there are great - when it's open

Worst TD branch ever. Very unwilling to help a long time customer. “Convenient Banking” my A. Most unhelpful manager as well, surprised how he’s still employed there after so long!
