I’m loving the new management that took over the building. They are extremely efficient, responsive, reliable and constantly looking to improve our experience in the Becker building. My wife and I are very grateful to them, having good management makes the world of a difference!

I love the Northern Liberties neighborhood, restaurants and vibe. This building is in a great location and my rent is very fair. The 2-bedroom apartment that we have is in good condition and the new management is very accommodating.I have only praise for this building. Thank youMantzur

We are loving living in the Backer building. The location in Northern Liberties is perfect. The deck is an amazing space to hang out and the management team is top-notch, always helpful and responsive.

The Becker Building is located in the heart of Northern Liberties. This luxury building has 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments ranging in size. Each unit has central HVAC, washer/dryer and great closet space. The building has two common roof decks for entertaining or just enjoying the open air. There is a fitness room and the lobby has coffee, tea and hot chocolate free to all residents, and the building offers vending services.
