I toured this apartment building for a family member and, as someone in commercial real estate, I appreciate great salespeople & customer service. The entire team--Shy, Kleva, and Sharon--were responsive, personable and relatable. What sets this building apart are the people. Location & amenities are advantages as well.

Living here for 3 years, I can say that it is a great apartment and location in Center City in value and convenience. The 24-hour door staff are awesome people; mail and packages are handled well. The property management and maintenance are responsive and communicate with the community often.

My fiancée has MS and sometimes struggles moving from place to place. Every time we have arrived at the Met, the staff immediately notices her cane and immediately jumps into action as if she was the only person there. They immediately find a comfortable ADA section regardless of our previously purchased seating. Amazing...
