The Radian has levied incredulous charges since the end of the lease term this year and scammed many of their residents. Management has been absolutely awful. Would not recommend living here.

Love living here! Staff is super nice and accommodating, and have a great view of the city and campus. Even without a city view room, there's a great balcony on the 11th floor that my roommates and I go up to at night. Also love having a gym in the building
