I stayed in the Icon for a year lease and really enjoyed living there. The location is perfect for accessing the great restaurants and bars of center city. The apartment was bright and spacious with new appliances. Scully is definitely updating a lot in the building. By the end of our lease, it felt like the public spaces(gym, roof, lounge) were all new. Elisa, the community manager, is wonderful and helpful whenever you have questions or issues.

I chatted with them weeks in advance to book a tour when I visited Philly. I confirmed the date about 2 weeks before my visit. Only to find out they booked my tour for the wrong date and now cannot accommodate me on my one day in Philly to apartment search. Keep in mind, I live 8 hours away. Extremely unprofessional and if this is how they handle tours I can only imagine management if you live here. Very disappointed.

I’ve been living at Icon for 2 years now and recently had the easiest transfer to a different unit in the building. Thank you Mary and Elisa for guiding me through the process. I couldn’t be happier with my new apartment! ☺️

Horrible the Laz parking Garage is just horrible. The workers are nasty my car started smelling like cigarettes as if someone was smoking in here and one of the employees he name was Joe i believed tall guy. Rude and disrespectful always giving an attitude and even cursing up a storm. Needs to go!

I would not recommend living here. I've been here for a few years and Scully Management has made it unbearable to live here anymore and therefore moving out shortly. Aimee Latta and Mary Lobron specifically are extremely unfriendly, nonresponsive when it comes to emails and frankly only care about money, not about the tenants in this apartment complex. I've walked into their office after not getting a response via email and Aimee frankly wouldn't turn her chair around to even say hello. Scully re-took over Management in the fall, increased all the prices of the units, made no improvements to the actual building that affects the quality of life for the tenants, such as fixing the elevators that never work. They fired almost the entirety of the staff until us tenants had to fight to get at least one back. ***** Additionally, they now charge $500 ANNUAL NONREFUNDABLE AMENITY FEE while making no improvements to the actual amenities!! **** There's not even a Peloton in the gym... There's no discount prices for the CorePower yoga & kickboxing studio that's within the building. A tenant only gets $25/month off the already overpriced garage within the building. There are so many luxury apartment complexes within Rittenhouse Square. Unfortunately Icon is no longer one of them and I would highly recommend you look elsewhere to live.

I recently moved into the Icon and had a great experience. From getting everything in order/questions answered prior to my move-in (thanks, Brianna!), as well as the front desk staff during my moving day (esp Bill & Clint)—the Icon staff has been wonderful. Not only were the front desk attendants proactively helpful with providing building information/guidance for me, but they also helped with logistics when my movers arrived—And they couldn’t have been nicer! I’m happy to be settling in and loving my unit, as well as amenities throughout the building.

When you know, you know. Very happy to call Icon Apts my home. I've been living in Philly now for three years and have had a different apartment year after year. I am now ready to renew my lease as I couldn't see myself living anywhere else. The location is perfect being centrally located from everything including a 90 second walk from Rittenhouse Square Park. The staff is always warm and welcoming, as well as they do a good job to keep the lobby and common areas clean. The fitness center is great with all the equipment and space that you need to get the job done. But my favorite part about the building is the unbeatable rooftop with breath taking views of the whole city with a 360° view. I would highly recommend this building for my friends and anyone looking for a great apartment in Center City that isn't overpriced for its location and value.

The front desk staff are horrific! The man working there today at 4:30pm shift didn't say a word when I went to the counter. I was trying to get upstairs to my apartment rental and he made a big scene. I had to call the Owner who confirmed my stay. He behaved like an ignorant loud person I can't believe he was hired. He was yelling and tenants were looking at him like some crazy person. Stay away from Icon unless you want violent people who ignore guests and become verbally violent as your front desk people. We forfeited our stay actually and went elsewhere. The energy was so disgusting what a nightmare of a building. In fact when we returned the keys after a change of mind, the woman on the next shift didn't even look up and was busy watching loud youtube videos like the first individual.

The building manager, Brianna, has been extremely helpful and communicative throughout the whole process of the looking for an apartment and finally choosing one! She has been very responsive, informative, and helpful with everything I’ve asked her about. She always get back to me and makes sure my questions are answered! The Icon maintenance team, particularly Chris, has gone above and beyond to make sure everything in my apartment is functioning properly and they’re VERY quick to resolve any maintenance requests. The front desk people are also very kind and cheery! Sum it up to say, I highly recommend the Icon—everyone has made it a great experience for me so far :)

The Building management and personnel have been wonderful and accommodating since we moved in. In addition, the amenities are great and the building is kept extremely well at all times. Finally, Buildinglink and ClickPay make inquiries and payments very easy.

The best community to live at in Philadelphia. The apartment units are very well laid out and amenities are amazing& the views are even more incredible. Cali Jordan is truly awesome. She has a such great and positive energy. She made the entire process so seamless and very easy

4-Year Tenant signs another year. Staying at the ICON has been a absolute pleasure. I have lived here for 4 years and just renewed my lease. The building location cannot be matched. You are in the heart of the city and close to everything. 1 block from Rittenhouse square. Cali handles leasing and she is the best in the business. I have lived in 5 of the nicest condos in center city Philadelphia and none has compared Cali's responsiveness, professionalism and understanding of what it takes to keep the tenants happy. I highly recommend this building. Enjoy the beautiful rooftop and friendly staff.
