I liked that there was staff at the facility on time. I had an issue with retrieving my rental through the mobile app. And I had an issue with the gas amount & the staff member was able to fix it to it's correct amount of gas.

DAVID HAS THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE ! He was thurl and help us with are storage needs! He was respectful and had us in and out !! He deserves a Raise!!! Thank you again David for helping us we appreciate you and definitely referring you and U-Haul

The GM at this location was great. He handled a busy saturday morning with ease - I would rent from them again.
