I have been trying to open a business Account for over a month. I always support Black owned businesses but not if they are subpar! So nevermind , I’m going elsewhere! Shameful! I’m also calling cooperate!!!

If I can give this bank a negative number I would. Apply for a non profit account in person, submitted documents and never heard back from them. Been calling for the last 10 days no response. so much for trying to support a black bank. absolutely the worst institute to finance with.

They were very rude to me I was hoping to open an account there and was looking forward to it but the head bank was so rude to me and was not helpful at all
