Honestly, the lady that everyone was calling rude wasn’t that bad. She was nice to me and my wife, and treated us fairly and did her job pretty quickly. We had all of our documentation, payment, and passport photos ready, so it was pretty straightforward. No problems here.

The passport staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. We arrived early for our appointment, but she just told us to wait and kept assisting walk-ins who came after us. We reminded her multiple times, but she completely ignored us.
Later, I saw many similar reviews and really regret not reading them earlier. It was a complete waste of time — we didn’t even get the service and ended up leaving.

Rudest woman I’ve ever met. She actively kept giving me attitude and was combative and did everything she could to not help me before finally providing me a passport form and yelling in my face next.

What a waste of time away from work. Got ready for my passport appointment WITH photo and arrived on time to find out the person who does passports has taken lunch during the time I scheduled the appointment?? Oh and the camera is not working! I was not notified of anything. The clerk assisting me tried to explain it’s been a “crazy day,” last time I checked that doesn’t mean you couldn’t give a phone call to make someone aware.

Awful, lazy and rude . Wouldn’t scan my packages which were prepaid but I wanted a receipt . I wouldn’t have a job if I acted like that to paying customers . I’m not even one to leave reviews but I was so disgusted by their unprofessional behavior .

Horrible customer service, if you don’t like working with people why work here? The desk serviced was super rude and she tried to refuse service all due to me not having my papers for my service dog then loudly said I was being annoying and irritated her when I was quiet when she mentioned my dog. Super rude and horrible service. This lady right here hates her job and is super rude. She was tryna hide once she saw I was taking a picture of her because she don’t wanna be seen. But know this girl right here hates to work with foreigners. Said me and them were annoying to her out loud in our face.

The women in this USPS are always so rude and could care less about helping you.(besides the one that works to the far left as her own station, she was helpful and sweet) I think they may forget it's their job.... and they're at work.... every time I go in here, same experience always. Very poor service.

This place is the worst! You’re better off hand delivering your mail or package. The customer service is awful!! I was the only person waiting to be helped and I was ignored for 10 minutes!

Extremely poor service at this location! 1) I asked for a passport RENEWAL form but was given an application form instead. I filled out a wrong form due to this post office employee negligence. I contacted the post office next day. It seemed none of the employees at this location cared about their mistake as well as my frustration; 2) it seemed to me some of the employees (not all of them)at this location are not friendly, pretty rude and disrespectful.
