The staff here are friendly, helpful, and patient. The location is frequently out of stamps or money orders, which isn't the staff's fault, but customers can be frustrated and the staff are always kind.

Finally, I can happily write a positive review about a post office. This location really impressed us — it was clean and tidy. We arrived just before closing, but everything was running smoothly. The office was open, and the staff member was polite and professional.

Going to a post office in center city is like having a laundry day. I spend at least 2 hours because there is always something wrong. Few of the consistent problems I have experienced 9/10 times:
1. There is always only one clerk working at any given moment. Waiting in line can take from anywhere between 30-50 minutes. There is always a long line. Thankfully, the staff is speedy if you just get to them, because they are so used to working only by themselves.
Speaking of having only one staff, because they are working by themselves alone and there is always a line, the staff seems like they get no bathroom breaks or lunch breaks sometimes!!! It is immoral, unethical and not even sure if it is legal.
2. Since there is only person working, stocking mails, pens is very limited. Sometimes I get to the post office and they don’t have necessary mailing supplies like STAMPS or Customs forms etc. I get sent around the 2 other post offices in the vicinity to try to mail my stuff.
3. Because the staff are overworked and there are often frustrated people in line waiting long periods of time, customers scream-yell, complain, the staff is too busy to deal with crazy behaviors and are completely preoccupied. At this point, it is a health hazard going to the post office, because everyone is frustrated and ready to explode in rage any second.

Even prepared customers are turned away when the store passes the 15 minutes til closing mark. Super weird

Today (3/13) I recognized last minute that urgent mail was returned to my home, failing to send. I quickly ran to the post office by city hall before closing and was met with the most down to earth human, she could talk to anyone in a straight forward yet endearing way. She was beyond helpful, worked through and fixed my issue with no hesitation. This employee genuinely made my day better. Just by giving me a laugh and empathizing. She was a little ray of sunshine in a stress filled day. Truly, give this girl a raise.

Used to be a reliable PO near my home. Not always open when it’s supposed to be, limited stamps, no longer reliable or pleasant.. what has happened? Not reliable…

With all do respect you do need to put the scale that the people can see the exact weight that they provide to ship it.

This post office is a disgrace. The employees know they won’t face any repercussions for bad service so they fully take advantage of that.

Why is it impossible to call any of these USPS locations? The automated call thing doesn’t work and leaves you stranded.
