I went around 12pm they were not busy and it took only a minute for one of the girls to take care of me. She girl was very nice and sweet and respectful to me and others when she took them.

This place is bad. If you need to use it, plan on a 45-minute or longer trip. They only ever have 2 windows open at the most. Some days, the line starts outside the building for services. Although the staff was friendly and welcoming when you made it to the window.
