The United States Postal Service (USPS) is a well-known institution that provides essential postal services to the public. While the reviews present a mixed experience, the overall sentiment suggests that the USPS location is consistent in its operations, albeit with some notable challenges. The location is often understaffed, leading to long lines and wait times. Customers have reported encountering staff who can be sassy or direct in their interactions, though they are generally described as friendly and efficient, given the monotony of their work. The facility itself is described as dirty and antiquated, with a lack of basic amenities like tape. Additionally, the pricing can be perceived as more expensive than expected. Despite these drawbacks, the USPS location is appreciated for its ability to handle the various postal needs of the community, including package drop-off, money order purchases, and postage stamp acquisition. While not the best post office, it remains a consistent and reliable option for customers.
How the USPS comes to hire customer facing staff with the attitude and practices of their employees at this location is beyond me.
At over 70 cents a stamp, we are getting treated awfully but deserve better.

I showed up during operational hours to find the door locked and nobody inside. No sign posted about being closed or on break, and the hours on the door indicated the location should be open at this time.

Closed, lights off, no one here, no signs on the door. This place is open 50% of the actual listed times they are suppose to be open with no explanation. It's a gamble coming here. No reliability at all.
