The ladies who work here are incredible. This location needs more staff! Employ more people to work here.
The wonderful employees are faced with an overwhelming amount customers yet keep their professionalism and so relaxed cool: these employees should be paid x5. I was astonished with how just 2 employees so gracefully processed and responded to the hoard of people in line.

The last few times I’ve been in there I had to leave because of the line. I just asked the guy at the counter where the girls are. He said he’s waiting for them to come in now It’s 10:55 AM extremely frustrating that guy stays busy though

I visited the post office today to apply for my passport, and the entire process was efficient and well-organized. The staff member who assisted me was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I greatly appreciate the excellent service.

Hundreds of people came for passports, it's 11 o'clock and two female employees haven't arrived yet, there's only one man here. also tells us that we're waiting for two employees, no one knows if they'll come or not! Terrible service! We're all with children!

Do not use packaging service.. I lost my package... Rejected my claim... Never got back to me about my package.. Never seen it again.. They said I sent it to the wrong address but it was the same address that I sent to for the last year.. pathetic.. No accountability

Horrible, Horrible service . Clerks are slow , no professionalism and they have only one clerk working the desk and there will be a line out the door. UNACCEPTABLE!!! ? ? ? ? ? ?

Worst place ever. All you will get from here is attitudes. Don’t waste your time and go somewhere else. I was here on 8/13/24. The gentleman was fine but the lady was full of attitudes. Didn’t catch her name but there were only two workers today. My mistake for going here to catch an attitude and ruin the rest of my day.

I go days without receiving mail. This includes urgent mail I'm expecting and need. Some of it gets returned to sender for no reason. I went there to ask about it, and they were closed when they should've been open. The next time I went there, the clerk simply told me they didn't have my mail. Extremely unprofessional and rude.

came here on a Wednesday at 4PM. Their hours say it is open at this time and closes at 5PM, but they’re closed an hour early. very disappointed.
