This location is often short of employees, with very long lines and only one person at the counter. The wonderful and incredible staff, however, remain professional, relaxed, and cool despite an overwhelming amount of customers. Service is sometimes efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable. There are criticisms that the service area sometimes closes early without notice and that prices are considered ridiculously high. The location is described as needing more staff.

Came here on a Monday at 3:45pm and the lady inside said they were closed when on google they are suppose to be open till 5pm

This Postal Office should be close, I saw the staff opening at 9:40am (should be open at 8:30am) and the staff was ignoring a lot of people, and not giving them services.
I waited 2 hours and the girl never showed up.

Had a passport appt yesterday at 3pm. I got there at 2:45. No one was there. Doors was locked, lights were off. No call, text, email, nothing stating they were going to be closed or leaving early. So unprofessional & inconsiderate.
