This location is often short of employees, with very long lines and only one person at the counter. The wonderful and incredible staff, however, remain professional, relaxed, and cool despite an overwhelming amount of customers. Service is sometimes efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable. There are criticisms that the service area sometimes closes early without notice and that prices are considered ridiculously high. The location is described as needing more staff.

    The clerk was very rude to a non English speaking customer. After waiting in line for about 20 minutes, the clerk said we had to go to another post office because the printer was broken.

    This place need new employees these people never here on time and on top of that they look like they don’t even want to work, how you closing for lunch at 8:40 am when it’s supposed to be open
