One clerk in their looks mean Af. She is, she talks to the customers any way and bossy to her co workers. Other than her. It's okay there.

Had a passport appointment and change my schedule for this day. Half hour before the appointment, recieved a phone call that cancel the appointment. Shame !!!

Awful for passports, waited over an hour after our appointment time because the staff wanted to take their lunch break due to running over on the appointment prior to mine. Would not recommend coming here for anything!!

I went it there ofc like. Always just one employee and with a attitude like always and I I had a passport a appointment and I walked in and she asked me for my passport and I forgot it I asked the lady if I could go back home a go get my passport and she was like no u can’t u gotta come back on Tuesday and now I can’t fix my child’s passport til like next week and I waited like a whole month for this and like she be picking and choosing she be having way different attitude with different people and one day it was a walk in and I got there and she was like what are u doing here I told u already like I already knew but I don’t like that post office ?

Usually it’s ok, it’s usually just one person working (who is great!!) but this location seems to open and close whenever they want to regardless of the posted hours of operation online or in the location lobby. It’s unpredictable and inconsistent.

Worst customer service. The Passport agent don’t want to work, I went there twice for walk in , they kept on telling me to go back tomorrow. Never got it done, had to go to another location. Ridiculous , they have walk in but they won’t help you when you go in the walk in hours .

Stood in the lobby for over 30 minutes on a Saturday. The sign states open at 9am. It is now 9:40 am. Where is management? Where is courtesy? This USED to be one of the best PO! No more! At least have someone come out and say something! Unbelievable!

I called to ask if they printed shipping labels and if not are they mandatory or can I just write the address right on the package. They woman said she wasn't sure and asked me to wait "one second". I was on hold for 6 minutes so I hung up thinking maybe they were busy and she forgot I was on hold. I called back and the call was answered and then immediately disconnected, twice. I'll take my business to ups instead.

Because this (Post Office) at the (Rising Sun) is the worst ever. Because they has a black lady worker whose had her own rules for (Walk-in’s) days for (Passports.) Because the website said, “(Walk-in’s) days for (Passports) are from (Tuesday - Thursday.) From 10:30 AM - 11:30 AM. Her own rules for (Walk-in’s) days for (Passports.) She said, “(Walk-in’s) days for (Passports) are on Tuesdays only. From 10:30 AM - 11:30 AM.” The best thing to do about it. Is to fired this black lady worker. And find someone else who will have conscience in their job. ???????????????

Usps complaintOn Tues 7/25/23 around 1154a I came into the store to mail a letter via certified mail. I wrote the return address on the left and the recipient’s address in the middle of the envelope at the store, in front of the clerk. The clerk was very nice and friendly. He told me the placement of the return address was acceptable. This 1 star is for his great customer service skills!A wk later I get the letter sent to me instead of the recipient. I go into the store today 8/1/23 around 9 and explained to a different clerk what happened. She said I wrote my return address too low and that address got picked up and that’s why it got mailed to me. I needed the letter resent and I asked if I needed to pay again? She said yes because it was MY fault!! I explained the clerk told me it was fine so it’s a mistake on the clerks end for telling me the location was fine. She said she was going to get a supervisor then TOSSES the mail into my hand!!!15 mins later the supervisor comes out and she’s nonchalant and tells me I need to pay again and there’s nothing she can do!!After the supervisor leaves, the clerk takes the next customer and acts like I’m not still there. She then gives me an attitude!! and tells me I need to complete another slip for the certified mail.. How am I supposed to know that when she didn’t communicate that to me?? I don’t work at the post office so I don’t know the procedures for how something like this gets handled.I wasn’t sure if my handwriting was legible and asked if it was acceptable and she said “they” dont look at that.. I wanted to double check again and asked a second time bc I do NOT want to be back at the post office for a 3rd time and she gives me an attitude again !! Were “they” the ones who mailed the letter to the wrong address !?!?After I paid, I’m waiting for her to give me my receipt and she stops to check her apple watch and start scrolling on it!! She hands me the receipt, mentions the survey, and doesn’t say anything else.. I’m just standing there because I wasn’t sure if there was anything else I needed to do.. I asked her if I was done? She said yes.. NO thank you or anything to let me know I was finished.The return address goes on the left hand side, recipient address goes in the middle, the green slip on the back of the envelope had the recipient’s address. None of them wanted to point that out tho! They were so fixated on how “low” the return address was. Spent almost a half hr here, spent extra money for nothing- a ghetto mess …The issue is the lack of accountability, lack of professionalism, lack of compassion, the attitude -everything altogether only made the situation worse. I understand mistakes happen but pleaseee fix the problem, not make it worse !Unqualified workers with no customer service skills! No wonder the post office doesn’t get enough business..
