The United States Postal Service (USPS) is the only nationwide organization that regularly delivers to every residential and business address in the country, processing and delivering 47% of the world's mail. With over 30,000 retail locations, USPS is committed to providing secure, reliable, and affordable delivery services to more than 157 million addresses in the United States, its territories, and its military bases worldwide. Customers generally report good service at USPS, with some exceptions. While the lines can sometimes be long, the staff is often helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to assist customers. For example, one reviewer praised a store associate named Rahmour who was very communicative and went the extra mile to help locate and return a lost package. Another customer noted the helpfulness of an employee named Kerry Ann, who provided a pleasant experience. However, not all experiences are positive. Some customers have complained about unhelpful staff, issues with package labeling, and the removal of drop-off mail boxes, which made life easier for disabled people. Overall, the USPS strives to deliver quality service, but there is room for improvement in certain areas to ensure a consistently positive customer experience.
I sent a money order for $100 and it’s been 2 month and the person we sent the money to hasn’t even received it and when we we there the Indian worker was not explaining right and was mad and the other worker said we had to pay $20 to see who received the money

The staff there are always professional, friendly, informative and helpful. I like being able to rely on this post office, for some reason all the other post offices are always closed for one reason or another.
