The United States Postal Service (USPS) is the only nationwide organization that regularly delivers to every residential and business address in the country, processing and delivering 47% of the world's mail. With over 30,000 retail locations, USPS is committed to providing secure, reliable, and affordable delivery services to more than 157 million addresses in the United States, its territories, and its military bases worldwide. Customers generally report good service at USPS, with some exceptions. While the lines can sometimes be long, the staff is often helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to assist customers. For example, one reviewer praised a store associate named Rahmour who was very communicative and went the extra mile to help locate and return a lost package. Another customer noted the helpfulness of an employee named Kerry Ann, who provided a pleasant experience. However, not all experiences are positive. Some customers have complained about unhelpful staff, issues with package labeling, and the removal of drop-off mail boxes, which made life easier for disabled people. Overall, the USPS strives to deliver quality service, but there is room for improvement in certain areas to ensure a consistently positive customer experience.

Very disappointing service. There were three clerks, but only one was helping customers because the other printers were supposedly down. The staff seemed unmotivated, and the wait was unnecessarily long. To make matters worse, they marked me as “satisfied” with the service without even asking me. Very unprofessional.
