Customers can book an appointment or stop by. One customer opened a new account on the same day after booking an appointment and found the tellers and bankers extremely helpful. Another praised the welcoming teller who greeted and apologized for the wait. A customer who needed to transfer funds from Dad’s accounts after he passed away experienced a smooth process with a banker who was kind and with helpful tellers.

everyone was so nice. definitely the most welcoming wells fargo i’ve been in. i was greeted 4 times within 15 minutes of waiting in line and they apologized for the wait. that never happened to me at my old wells fargo lol
