So friendly and helpful. I haven't been to a jeweler in ages but William was personable, attentive, and helped me find what I needed and in my budget. Really reminded me why going in person is important and made it a great experience.

My experience with Russell, was extraordinary to say the least. I asked for a very specific look and to have the charm filled with my brother's ashes who recently passed away. The entire experience was very hands off for me and I plan to do business with them again next time I am in the market. I highly recommend them!
