“Hot Topic will always be my favorite store. I have never left there empty handed. I love the variety of band shirts, anime items, horror movie items and the best place to go around Halloween time. The best part is not I get to share my love for this store with my daughter, the only downfall is she wants to buy everything! The store employees are always nice and helpful too. Honestly a little too helpful when they suggest other things to my daughter who just “has to have it”. lol.”

I either couldn't get anyone to answer the phone at other stores or they were totally unwilling to help until I found Zekeya at the King of Prusia store. She was so helpful and helped me pick the belt to match my husbands shoes exactly. I was about to give up and go with another high end brand but she saved the day along with being super friendly and helpful. Please give her a high five! Side note: I was adamant about purchasing with her so she could get commission but found out she wouldn't;t get it, the sales associate would. This commission structure should change. Denims they have several types to choose from all categorized by size and color and type of denim. Boyfriend, wide-leg, skinny all types available very easy to choose. Very organized place. Plenty of fit on rooms so no long queues or waiting time. Reasonable prices because most of the time they have discounts. When it comes to shorts, pants/denims, gym pants my husband and I shop only here. Good quality never disappoint.”

We received top notch service from Rose! Walked out with 3 pairs of pants/trousers and 2 sweaters. Normally these kind of stores only exist in the city, so I'm so glad to have discovered one so close to home! I was able to get my absolute DREAM, authentic leather, perfectly worn in, vintage 1970s boots at an amazing price, all thanks to the owner who gave me a great deal and made my dreams come true!
