Normally these kind of stores only exist in the city, so I'm so glad to have discovered one so close to home! I was able to get my absolute DREAM, authentic leather, perfectly worn in, vintage 1970s boots at an amazing price, all thanks to the owner who gave me a great deal and made my dreams come true! “I just moved to downtown Phoenixville and wanted to check out some local shops on Bridge St. I stopped into The Refinery and was welcomed with a cheerful hello by Nicole, who was working. Beautiful smells filled the air and adorable clothing, accessories, and travel goodies lined the shelves.
